Undersight App & Cassils.net Privacy Policy

Undersight (“the App”) is a simple tool that reads Morse code. We designed Undersight to respect your privacy. This policy explains what we do not collect and how limited device permissions are used.
What We Don’t Collect
• No personal information. We do not collect, store, or share your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos, identifiers, or any other personal data.
• No analytics or tracking. We do not use analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or trackers.
• No servers. The App does not send data to our servers because we don’t run any. All processing happens on your device.
Device Permissions We May Request
To read Morse code, the App may request one or more of the following permissions, used only for real-time decoding and never stored or transmitted:
• Microphone (optional): To listen for audio tones representing Morse code.
• Camera (optional): To detect light flashes representing Morse code.
• Flashlight (optional): To emit light for practicing Morse (if you enable practice features).You can change these permissions at any time in your device settings. The App remains functional except for features that require the disabled permission.
Children’s Privacy
The App is suitable for general audiences and does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the age required in your region).
Third-Party Services
We do not integrate third-party SDKs for analytics, advertising, or social sharing. The App is distributed through: - Apple App Store (iOS) and complies with Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines. - Google Play (Android) and complies with Google Play policies, including the Data Safety section indicating that no data is collected.
Data Security
Because we do not collect or store data, there is no personal data to secure on our side. On-device permissions are used only while features are active, and decoded signals are processed transiently in memory.
International Users
We do not transfer data across borders because we do not collect data.
Changes to This PolicyI
f we ever change the App to collect data, we will update this policy and the in-app notices before any such changes take effect. The latest version will always be available from the App’s listing and our website (if applicable).
